"PC Gaming in the 1980's: A Digital (R)evolution" by Jeff Johannigman

The art of PC gaming went through a massive evolution in the 1980's. Computing power and memory increased by orders of magnitude, from hobbyist computers with cassette drives and 16K of RAM, through multimedia PC's with hard drives and CD-ROM. Jeff Johannigman was a part of PC gaming history in the 1980's. From his first game published by Atari, through the startup days of Electronic Arts, through co-founding the Game Developers' Conference, to joining Austin's own Origin Systems, Jeff worked as a programmer, designer, and producer on over two dozen published computer games.
