Freedom to Feed

A local breastfeeding Mum was asked to leave the Prince of Wales Pub this week because she was breastfeeding. Despite it being illegal she was approached with the management complaining you could "see everything" and saying that she should be using a scarf because she might make the men in this "family friendly" pub feel uncomfortable. Oxford is generally a fantastic place to be a breastfeeding Mum. Join us to help remind the management of their legal responsibility to support breastfeeding. This event is an online space for discussion for how this might be done, with a friendly 'feed-in' a likely part of the plan. Date and time TBC.
