Soundcrash presents
Black Uhuru performed by Mykal Rose

Dear ticket holders,
We regret to inform you that due to a passport issue Mykal Rose has been unable to travel to the UK for his performance scheduled to go ahead at O2 Forum Kentish Town tomorrow.
Soundcrash have taken all measures possible to make this show happen and we are extremely disappointed to announced that regrettably we have had to postpone the show.
Full details of the new show date to follow, it will be a fantastic night and we look forward to seeing you all there! All tickets remain valid!

Please see Mykal Rose's full statement below:

It is with regret we have to inform you that Mykal Rose's passport with his visa has not been returned to him from the British Embassy in New York. We can’t mask our frustration the fact is this is a failure to hit an important deadline, despite having paid extra for a fast-track we received an email saying that it would now take additional time. Mykal Rose has been coming to the UK for well over 30 years ago, he received a UK visa in 2015 and they did not take this long to process the same information. We are now months down the line, best case scenario appears to have been exhausted and that raises the prospect that we won’t make a flight this evening in order to make Friday’s show a reality which is bad for the artiste bad for agents, fans, and bad for the industry. It leaves many questions to be asked It is therefore with great reluctance and sadness that we are forced to delay the start date of the UK leg of the Mykal Rose Tour Concert has unfortunately had to be postponed. The three-week UK leg of the tour was scheduled to begin on October 13th in London, and conclude on October 29th in Cardiff. Mykal’s passport remains under the care of the British High Commission in New York, and immigration professionals recommended the postponement earlier today. Mykal Rose is distressed that he has to wait to perform for his UK fans. He plans to spend the next few days proactively working with the High Commission in New York. Mykal and his management team are currently working with our agent, promoters and venues to bring about a favourable outcome. We will review developments on Monday and make a further statement then. Mykal has been looking forward to this tour and wants to give his fans the best version of the show he built for them when the tour resumes; he sends his love to all his fans across Europe and thanks them for their patience, support, and understanding.
