Design Thinking is a practice that helps organizations create products and services that truly meet customer expectations, are more likely to sell successfully, and reduce wasted time and productivity that's often spent on projects that don't really work.
Rapid Improvement Coach, Makisha Boothe will share how everyday business teams can use design thinking strategies to grow their business and delight their customer.
