Event description
It's that time of year. The winter holiday season is upon us. The air is filled with cheer, the smell of chestnuts roasting over an open fire, and . . . family drama trauma.
Our families are our first sense of community. They're the people we first learned to give and receive love and support from. For better and for worse, those developemental years with (or without) our families shape relationships through the rest of our lives. So when this season rolls around each year, we often have a lot of feelings come up, which may not be so healthy if faced with unsettling family dynamics.
Rather than let family cycles of trauma make another round, take steps to end them once and for all this holiday season. Our community is here to support you. On December 12th, Survivor Alliance has partnered with Resilience Wellness for an interactive discussion on navigating the drama and trauma of family dynamics. During our discussion, Resilient Wellness founder, Daisy Ozim, will lead an energy clearing to support us all in healing and letting go. Walk away feeling a little bit lighter and more prepared for whatever this holiday season might bring.

Agenda:
6:30: Event starts with light bites and drinks
6:45: Introductions and circle discussion: Dissecting family drama trauma
7:20: Energy clearing with Daisy Ozim, founder of Resilient Wellness
BREAK
7:50: Circle discussion: Skills for releasing family drama trauma
