The Aikido Association of America is proud to announce a seminar with Tatsuo Toyoda Sensei, hosted by Jyushinkan Dojo at Utah State University in Logan. Training is open to students of any martial art or rank, from any organization or dojo. New students are encouraged to attend the Friday session as the focus will be on basics.
Stephen Tatsuo Toyoda, Chief Instructor and President of the Aikido Association of America and son of AAA founder Fumio Toyoda Shihan, has been studying Aikido since the age of three. After graduating from the University of Illinois, Mr. Toyoda studied aikido in Japan as uchideshi under Y. Kobayashi Soshihan, an original student of Aikido founder OSensei Morihei Ueshiba. Mr. Toyoda is the dojo cho of Tenshinkan Dojo in Chicago, Illinois. He teaches Aikido throughout the US, Europe and Middle East.
This seminar has four sections (Friday, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning). Attending any three sections fulfills the AAA/AAI seminar attendance requirement.
