Ramsay McCoy is a Recruiter for Creative Circle, a specialized staffing agency that represents innovative advertising, marketing, creative and digital professionals. After working in public relations and marketing for non-profit organizations for over seven years, Ramsay joined the recruitment industry nearly five years ago making it her hallmark to match candidates to the right employers. She is also an entrepreneur that owns two business. In 2012, Ramsay started the brand development and communications firm, The Ramsay Michelle Group (RMG), where she has worked with clients such as C-STEM Teacher and Support Services, The Center for Hearing and Speech, and the Beatrice Mayes Institute and in 2018 she opened SayVary (pronounced savory), a craft and gift personalization Etsy Shop. Ramsay is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, an Emma Bowen Foundation Scholar Alumna, and a graduate of the Houston Black Leadership Institute (Class II).
Adrian Hunt Marshall is an HR professional at ITW Polymers Sealants which is a division of Illinois Tool Works (ITW). She has been with Illinois Tool Works for 20 years with 10 of those years in Human Resources. Adrian has a B.S. Degree in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana and a B.S. Degree in Biblical Counseling from the College of Biblical Studies. As a Human Resources professional, Adrian’s focus is primarily on training, developing and advising Mid-Level & Senior Managers in a manufacturing environment. She is a member of Society of Human Resources (SHRM), HR Houston, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She serves as the Chief of Staff for the Southern Region of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and serves of the leadership team of the ITW African American Network- South Chapter.
Monica Lewis is a leading expert in the industry of etiquette and protocol. She is also an avid believer that social presentation and behaviors are important in order to be successful in today’s society. Seeking to promote awareness of this fact, Monica is a passionate instructor who is dedicated to providing quality and professional training to her clients. With more than ten years of experience, Mrs. Lewis is renowned for her vibrant personality and highly interactive presentation skills. As an author, motivational speaker, wife, and mother of four, Monica is committed to bringing a positive change everywhere she goes. She is actively involved in her church, community organizations, and schools. She also devotes many hours mentoring teenage girls and boys across the Houston area.
