Event description

WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?
There is nothing more frustrating than beginning work on a project only to discover you don’t have the right tools for the job. Acquiring new tools requires effort and time on our part if we want to have the right implements for the task before us.
There are times in ministry where we may begin to realize the tools and methods we utilize are not adequate to reach a radically changing culture around us. In fact, we may come to understand that as Christian leaders we “…were trained for a world that is disappearing.” What does real change look like? How do we lead a church into change? How do we even start?
Dr. Tod Bolsinger, author of Canoeing The Mountains will take us on a journey to better understand what adaptive change looks like in our local context. In our time together we will dive deep into what adaptive change means for us as leaders personally and for those, we lead. Dr. Bolsonger will be offering practical insight on how to  “…lead in a world we weren’t prepared for.”
WHO'S INVITED?
We highly encourage pastors, staff, and church leaders to attend. However, his event is open to ALL who want to attend.
IS THERE A COST?
Yes, we charge $10. This covers refreshments as well as lunch.
