The Food and Drink Forum are delighted to offer food and drink producers the opportunity to attend this workshop that will enable your business to develop and grow through the food and drink products you produce.  Ensuring your products are the best they can possibly be is imperative to your success.  On this 1/2 day course, you will hear from The Food & Drink Forum’s team of food technical experts on how to start new product development. This informative session will advise how you can take your initial product to launch and the processes to follow. The session will be useful for those businesses looking to diversify or expand their product ranges.

To highlight the importance of new product development and show producers of food or drink items how to stay ahead of food trends and provide quality products.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this course, you must meet the small business eligiblity criteria, set out in the booking form.


You must have a food or drink manufacturing business based in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire


You must employ less than 250 employees


You must have an annual turnover of less than €50million, and an annual balance sheet of less than €43million


You must be predominantly operating Business-to-Business (B2B)
