Event description
ESSEX INSPIRES PROGRAMME FREE CAREERS LEADER TRAINING - 3 Day Programme Introduction The Careers Enterprise Company is offering training for Careers Leaders or an On-line Course. However, CEC only has limited funds and therefore is unable to offer the **** to **** course to all schools, but you can access the free On-Line Course. Essex County Council and the Essex Employment and Skills Board want to support schools and colleges in achieving the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks and are working with Canterbury Christchurch University to offer the course (Canterbury is currently a provider for the CEC funded course) over 3 days and it is local to Essex. The £1,000 bursary, as offered by the CEC, is NOT available through this programme and it is NOT accredited. But the programme is an opportunity for Careers Leaders, to meet locally to understand the requirements on schools and colleges and to enhance their knowledge and skills in Careers Education and Information, Advice and Guidance.
