Event description
How you start your morning determines the tone for the rest of the day. Research shows that educators who establish a morning routine for themselves and their students experience great benefits.
Schools implementing routines and structures that allow for mindfulness, positive affirmations, commitments, and gratitude have better attendance, better student teacher relationships, better classroom management, less behavior challenges and higher academic performance.
Starting your day the right way will always yield what you desire professionally, personally and academically for your scholars and school community.
It has always been my mission to bridge the gap between underserved communities and mindfulness practices. I have partnered with a veteran Administrator to create a series of 10 SEL based modules to support Educators, Parents, Social Workers, Community Leaders, Counselors as well as District Leaders.  I would like to invite you connect with us for a FREE professional development immersion on Starting a Connected School Community! Allow us to fill your cup with tools and strategies to shift the way that you start and experience your day.
