The food preservation series is intended to provide a hands-on learning experience for beginners and advanced canners.5/1/19   1 pm - 4:00 pm    Strawberry Jam 6/5/19   1 pm - 4:00 pm    Pickled Carrots 7/17/19 1 pm - 4:00 pm    Pickles-Quick Sour Pickles8/7/19   1 pm - 4:00 pm    Peaches9/11/19 1 pm - 4:00 pm    Tomato-apple Chutney
There will be a typical workshop class lecture, followed by participants going into the kitchen to make the canned produce that they will bring home that day!
Cost: A $20 fee includes all of the equipment and produce to process your own preserved jar.
