Event description
A dive into the history of the oyster, including farming techniques and how to shuck your own with our French Master Chef Nico Romo and Justin, our house shucker.

This class also includes:
- One oyster knife to take home
- One Oyster Candle from
“Our 3 piece oyster candle gift set is made with shells from local restaurants. (Nico’s!) We are only able to use about 10% of the shells collected and the remaining are put back into the ocean."
- A signed book of the NICO Oyster Trail 
- 12 oysters
