LaRoss Gym Indoor/Boot Camp it's a series of workouts composed by different stations.  These stations include upperbody, lowerbody and cardio exercises (combined)  that will result in burning a great amount of calories (approximately, 600 to 700 cals).
We welcome all fitness levels, as we make sure you'll workout at your own pace with progressions that will take you to the next levels (safely) until you master every single exercise.
