Session Descriptions:

April 24th- Mind, Body & Soul Reset
Craving a new beginning? A clean slate? Want to clear out whatever feels toxic or unhealthy from your life? If you’re feeling the urge to purge, it’s time for a mind, body and soul reset. Springtime is the best time to hit the reset button. Unlike a detox, a mind, body and soul reset adds more good things IN to help you create a new start for your whole life. A reset helps you adjust what’s been working and add in what’s been missing. A reset helps necessary eliminations just happen naturally.
In this session, you will:

Learn how to make time for yourself (when it feels impossible)

Rethink and adjust your current priorities and commitments

Identify new goals to eat better, move more and sleep better

Create space for more of what you want and need to feel centered and happy

May 8th- Bolder Boundaries, Better Choices
Are you pulled in a thousand different directions? Overcommitted and constantly running from thing to thing? Feeling overwhelmed, confused and exhausted? This happens when we’re not setting bold boundaries and making better choices. People places and things pull at us and we lose touch with our own inner compass, what we want and feels right and good for us. Bold boundaries and better decisions help you feel centered, confident and clear.
In this session, you will learn to:

Identify your priorities and realistic time commitments

Identify your wants and needs based on concrete well-being goals

Tap into and trust your intuition

Assert clear boundaries with confidence and compassion

Make decisions to enhance personal and professional relationships

May 29th- Mastering Mindset with Mindfulness
Is your mind running nonstop, like a record on repeat? Are you overthinking and ruminating endlessly, worrying and doubting? Are you avoiding taking action because your mindset makes you too afraid? You can make your mind work better for you, like a best friend. Mindfulness helps you change how your mind works, like magic! Mindfulness helps change your mindset in minutes, when you know how to master it.
In this session, you will learn to:

Become more aware of what your mind does all day long

Make the connection between your mindset and your mood

Change your brain to think differently

Practice mindfulness “on the spot” to uplevel your mindset in minutes
