Whether you're a novice who wants to learn about meditation in a safe, supportive environment or a seasoned meditator seeking to deepen your practice, these sessions are for you. Join as we explore the many shapes and forms meditation can take. Learn about the physical and mental benefits of meditation. Find a meditation practice that suits your temperament and personality type while discovering ways to incorporate meditation into your already busy life. 
Session I:    Everything You've Always Wanted To Know About Meditation But Were Afraid To Ask . . .                            Bring your questions as we discuss what meditation is and isn't, the benefits of a regular practice,                          and learn a simple meditation practice you can do anywhere at any time. 
Session II:   Attention and Intention                                                                                                                                              Explore the difference between intention and attention in meditation using sound and silence.
Session III:  Body Awareness                                                                                                                                                        Learn meditation practices that engage your body as well as your mind to renew and refresh your                          whole being.  
Session IV:   Creative Meditation                                                                                                                                                   Let go of your inner critic and welcome your inner child this evening as we play with color, shapes,                         and texture, discovering a joyful practice in mindfulness.  
Session V:    Mindful Writing                                                                                                                                                         Explore simple writing exercises, journaling techniques, and an ancient mindful way of reading and                       writing that can serve as a basis for a regular meditation practice.
