Crow Hop and Oskar Blues teamed up to bring you a truly unique taste sensation! We're kicking the evening off right with a cross collaboration featuring a batch brewed by Chef Kyle and an app crafted by Brewer Dustin for a combo that we're pretty sure will knock your socks off.

This Bitter Be Good
A sessionable English bitter brewed for this event by Chef Kyle paired with a cream cheese, date & chorizo stuffed jalapeno wrapped in house cured bacon cooked by Brewer Dustin.
Rado's Red & Head
This Irish red style ale is a classic Crow Hop staple paired with true pork barbacoa braised in Oskar Blues Old Chub on a bed of cilantro rice & trendy raw greens.
There's a Chip on my Shoulder
Oskar Blues Can O' Bliss Tropical IPA is fruity and citrusy paired with smoked mango pork shoulder, Barbadian cucumbers, plantain chips and sofrito stuffed in a torta.
Love Me Tender
Opening Day Blackberry Wheat plays ball with this pork tenderloin turned into mini pork wellington stuffed with spinach, wild mushrooms, dry apples and prosciutto served with bleu cheese sweet potato grits and a blackberry lemon rosemary jam.
