In other words, the most human—and humanizing—thing we do is engage in conversations.  
 
Yet, let’s **** it. We’ve all been there. Wondering how this conversation will go. If we should have a conversation at all. Or, we actively avoid a conversation for fear of a tricky, disappointing outcome.
Typical conversational focus emphasizes our ability to be articulate, to convey a point of view, instead of focusing on the core skill of listening.
It’s at this exact intersection where connection with others is often lost, the conversational flow now jagged and turbulent.
Breakthrough conversations open new worlds of possibility and connection. Openings for new actions appear, sometimes with dramatic influence and impact.

In this highly interactive workshop, you’ll explore the essentials of a breakthrough conversation.
You’ll learn to tune in to your own biologically driven, knee-**** reactions and how to turn them around to work for you.
You’ll observe how a scarcity mindset sets you up to get stuck in conversations and what you can do about it.
You’ll practice the essential skill to all breakthrough conversations and see the brain science behind why it works.
