This two day event, led by  Chris De Vilbiss, will help deepen the practice of teaching yoga to clients with injury, bring awareness to preventing injuries, and deepend students' safe practicing habits.  

If you are someone who has experienced discomfort in your lower back, hips, neck, or shoulders  and ever wondered why? Then this workshop is for you. If as a teacher you have had students approach you with injury and not known what to do, then this workshop is A MUST!

Low back, Pelvis, and Hips

Feel confident adjusting people! Have injuries? Pain in your low back or pelvis?
It’s very common among yogis to have pelvis (SI Joint) pain… more than they’re willing to admit.
 
This event will balance your pelvis from driving, surfing, cycling, running, and living in a chair for 1/3rd of your life… Help others who come to yoga with injuries or who have accumulated injuries in their practice.
We’ll cover how to self-adjust your own pelvis (SI joint). How to have a completely pain free back bend! How to strengthen the hips and fight arthritis with your yoga…
