Do you want to run or start running this summer? Not quite sure how to safely start this journey? Many beginner runners injure themselves in the first few weeks or months of commencing running.





For those seasoned runners- do you want to learn how to run more efficiently to decrease the loads going through your system?





The mindset of “I need to run to get fit” really should be transformed into “I need to be fit to run” in order to prevent injuries from occurring.

Led by experienced runner and physiotherapist Nicole Storm, this running workshop will focus on injury prevention for runners. This is NOT just a sit down event. You will learn quick practical tests to see which part of your kinetic chain is letting you down and exercises to improve mobility and stability.





Adolescents to adults welcome.





Following the workshop, Nicole will also be starting our Conditioning Classes tailored for runners.
