The first 60 minutes of your day has the power to transform your life!
Your morning routine sets the tone for the whole day and is a chance for you to be in charge of your life and create the reality you desire. You can do your morning right and intentionally, or you can wing it, half asleep. The choice is yours, and if repeated daily, it will have a lasting impact on your life.  
In this workshop, you will learn how to put together a strong foundation for a successful day. With guidance from the beautiful Marta Bukowska, a Certified Professional Development Coach, you will create a mindful routine that works for you and puts intention, action and flow into your day to get you closer to where you want to be in life. We will cover all subjects: food, mindfulness, exercise, planning your day and alignment.
Come ready to learn and be challenged, bring a yoga mat or a blanket, pen & paper, and your favorite morning beverage.

Marta Bukowska is a Certified Professional Coach through the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, as well as a Certified Nutritional Coach and Fitness Instructor. She is the owner of Mind Body and Purpose- an online wellness company with the primary goal of educating about physical and emotional health and wellness and teaching her clients to lead mindful, intentional, joyful and on purpose lives no matter how busy they are.
