PEACE: Space Allows is all about giving you the time away from the relentlessness of life to completely switch off and immerse yourself in peace.
NO STRESS: Every aspect of this micro-gap has been designed to reduce your stress and to nourish your whole being.
HARMONY: Although there is a rhythm over the two days, you will never be required to attend anything, this is your precious time to use wisely and we are there to support you.
RELAX: You can nap whenever you want, walk in the woods or rest in your room. You can sit under a tree, around a camp fire or in a cosy chair, its entirely up to you how you spend your time.
NOURISHMENT: All glorious meals provided are sourced from the farm itself or locally, are organic and designed to nourish your body
QUIET MIND: We provide optional meditation opportunities morning and evening to unwind the mind
TALK: If you find you'd like to talk there are plenty of options to do so with our host Alan or with any of your other like-minded travellers over communal, alcohol-free, meals
SWITCH OFF: The only tech available are books, you hand in all devices when you arrive for the wellbeing of your brain. You can provide loved ones with the phone number of the location before you arrive.

All meals are organic, sourced locally, or from the kitchen garden. As the focus of the weekend is to de-stress, our meat-free menu is designed to nourish the body and not to add to your physical stress.

Whilst you are with us you can choose to attend a depply relaxing, twice-daily meditation sitting, we offer powerful reflection exercises to assess your life and to refocus your compass to live in a more meaningful, fulfilled, happier way. Or you can walk in the woods, sit under a tree or nap in nature, the choice is entirely yours.
About Your Host:

Alan Furlong has had a successful corporate career before then becoming a 2 x successful tech entrepreneur and Leadership trainer and coach. He has also burned out badly, taking nearly two years to fully recover. As the founder of Micro Gaps, he is a passionate advocate for people to learn the crucial art and science of strategic recovery (the habit of deliberate, consistent time out from the relentlessness of life). This skill and practice is undertaken by everyone from Bill Gates to the Dalai Lama, and is part of every elite athlete, successful entrepreneur and spiritual practitioners way of living. Why? because it is key to living a fulfilled, happy and meaningful life.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I arrive by train?
Yes. There are regular trains from Paddington to Frome with usually just one change. A taxi can take you to the venue from Frome station. You can also drive if you wish. We're about 1hr 45 mins from the M25, down the M3 from London and 1hr and 15mins from Bristol.
