Calling all beginners, all you lovely people who are hesitant to walk into a yoga studio, who don't think they're flexible enough to do yoga, who think you have to wind yourself up into a pretzel or do the splits perfectly before you can take a yoga class. THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!

Yoga should FEEL GOOD. I repeat, yoga should FEEL GOOD. You may already know some of your limitations, and you may not. I'm here to help you learn more about where you're at in your body, how to tell where your body is in space, and how to feel better in your body doing all of your normal daily activities.

Join me for an evening of feel-good movement and self-exploration in a safe and supportive environment. This class is great for beginners and seasoned yogis who are interested in experiencing their body in a new way

For the slow-moving winter months, we will focus on strengthening the back body and gaining more joint mobility to keep your body feeling strong and nimble so you can tackle walking on slippery ice, shoveling, ice skating, Netflix 'n chilling, and just plain old walking to an from your kitchen with ease.

Put on something comfy, bring a mat if you have one (if not, we have extra), and enjoy meeting your body's needs and giving your nervous system a chance to wind down and relax.
