 Refunds

We are the only motorcycle school in NJ that offers refunds for the following;

If you drop out of the class or do not show up for the class, for whatever reason, there is no refund and you will have to pay the full course price to attend another class. No exceptions.
If we have to cancel the class, we will either refund all your money or put you in another class for free.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your class reservation at least 10 business days before the start of your scheduled class, we will refund all your money.
If you decide to cancel your class reservation less than 10 business days and more than 3 business days before the start of your scheduled class, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions.
If you decide to cancel your class reservation 3 business days or less than 3 business days before the start of your scheduled class, there is no refund. No exceptions.

We reserve the right to cancel a class at any time due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances or last minute events scheduled by MSU. Classes are conducted in the rain unless the rain is very heavy or there is lightning and/or thunder. If rain is in the forecast for the class you signed-up for, bring rain gear.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to RidingAcademy1@aol.com.
Switching/Rescheduling Classes

There is no transfer fee if you want to switch/reschedule your class reservation to another class as long as you notify us by email at least 10 business days before the start of your scheduled class.
There is a $50 transfer fee If you want to switch/reschedule your class reservation to another class as long as you notify us by email less than 10 business days and more than 3 business days before the start of your scheduled class. No exceptions.
No switching/rescheduling is allowed 3 business days or less than 3 business days before the start of your scheduled class. If you are not able to attend your scheduled class, you forfeit all your money. No exceptions.

All switching/rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to RidingAcademy1@aol.com.

Strict Policy

Our Refund/Cancellation/Switching Classes policies are very strict because we do not want to lose money on a class. Since we offer more benefits and features than all the other motorcycle schools in NJ, we run on a very small profit margin and cannot afford to lose money. If you miss a class, can't make a class or are late for a class, we can't just put you in another class. If we do, we lose the ability to sell that seat and we lose $129 on that class (APBRC). Same concept applies with last minute refund requests - we lose the ability to sell that seat to someone else and we lose $129 (APBRC).
