Event description
If you associate chicken with dry, bland childhood dinners, let us present the workaday bird in a new light. This fall’s Not My Mother’s Chicken class includes Peruvian-Style Tangy Chicken with Red Onions and Bell Pepper, also known as escabeche, which teaches you how to marinate after cooking for bright flavors and tender meat. You’ll also make Thai Stir-Fried Chicken with Cashews, which comes together in under 30 minutes without sacrificing complexity. Finally, Georgian Crispy Chicken under a Brick serves as a great recipe for practicing a simple three-step approach for perfectly crispy skin and juicy meat.
