30-Hour Construction Industry OSHA Outreach Training Program – Designated Training Topics. The 30-hour Construction OSHA Outreach Training Program is intended to provide a variety of training to workers with some safety management responsibility. This training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention, not OSHA standards.
