Mindfulness is a natural capacity that we can all nurture and develop at any stage of our lives. If you would like to live with greater ease and balance, to respond more skilfully to difficulty, and to grow appreciation of the joys in life, this course is for you.

***Please note, this is an expression of interest in participating in the Mindfulness for Life 8-week course. To take best care of course participants, and in line with best practice, we have a pre-course assessment process in place. On receiving your expression of interest we will send you a questionnaire designed to make sure that this is the right course at the right time for you. If the course is an appropriate one and you would like to join the group, you will then be sent a second Eventbrite link to make payment (details below)***

When: Thursday evenings, 6.30–8.30pm, on 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th September, 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th October, with a day of practice on 12th October.
Where: Wallingford Methodist Church, St Leonard's Square, Wallingford, OX10 0AS
Cost: £240; includes 22 hours of teaching; printed participant handbook, downloadable mindfulness practices for use at home between sessions and after the course.
The course is facilitated by Claire Bird and Emma Turner who trained to teach the 8-week ‘Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life’ course at the world-renowned Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
