That space is very small for emotional eaters, almost nonexistent. That’s why emotional eating feels like being in auto-pilot. By strengthening your “muscle” of presence and awareness, meditation and visualization techniques allow you to be more mindful of your thought patterns, emotions and body cues, weakening your tendency to eat emotionally. The inevitable result is that you identify the root causes of why you eat emotionally and feel in charge again (no longer in auto-mode), responsibly exercising your freedom of choice around food.In this workshop, Lina will help you understand why you eat emotionally and help you identify your triggers. She will lead one practical individual exercise and two meditations and visualizations specifically designed to deal with emotional eating.
