Another Burn and Brew, this time with a twist! Join us as we partner with local yoga instructor, Anna Douglas and deliver 30 minutes of functional, body weight HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) and then slow it down with 30 minutes of yoga flow at Obec Brewing.
If you haven't checked out their space or beer, this is a great opportunity to do just that as they celebrate 2 years of being in business. We will have the garage doors open to let the fresh Seattle summer air in, so come ready to sweat, connect, and enjoy community on their outdoor patio with a cold beer in hand! 
Please arrive at 10:45AM. The workout will start promptly at 11:00 AM. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. 
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to sweat it out and that working out does not have to be confined to a gym or membership. The ticket price includes the workout, optional beer or wine, and 25% of proceeds donated to our non-profit of the quarter, which is currently Women Refugee Alliance. 
We embrace all fitness and yoga levels! This class focuses on body weight, functional movements that get your heart rate up while toning lean muscle. We believe in strong not skinny, in creating a healthy community, and in giving back. Anna teaches the way she tries to live her life- with fire and heart, trusting the idea of living deliberately will support growth, create opportunities, and minimize chances of regret.
Modifications and next level challenges will always be offered!
