Join Chase Stevens for a Friday night strength training workshop.
This workshop is unique, as we tackle the issue of knowing what to do when you enter the gym. You will receive coaching and form corrections for beginning your journey in resistance training. 
If you are wanting to start the journey but not sure if you are going about it the best way for your goals. Not sure what to do with all the people and equipment at the gym. Would like to overcome myths and obstacles in your way.
Gain confidence and know-how for going to the gym. 
The workshop will include lecture, discussion, instruction of the basic barbell and dumbbell movements, form corrections, and an introduction to your first month of programming.
