What is Mindfulness and how could it help you?

Mindfulness can help you manage your wellbeing and mental health.                                                                          It can enable you to:
-Feel less overwhelmed
-Improve your sleep quality
-Positively change the way you think and feel about your experiences (especially stressful experiences)
-Increase your ability to manage difficult situations
-Make better decisions
-Reduce levels of anxiety, depression and stress
In this session we will talk a bit about Mindfulness, to enable you to practice as and when you would like. It will also include a breathing exercise to finish.
**Please note that Mindfulness is a basic human inheritance and capability, and it’s not owned by any group, religion, or philosophy.**
