Event description
The Duke Farms Eagle Cam can be an effective tool for teaching about ecology, animal behavior, adaptations, food webs and other interdisciplinary studies tied to the Next Generation Science Standards.
The full day workshop is offered through a partnership between Duke Farms and Conserve Wildlife Foundation NJ and includes:

The Delaware Valley Raptor Center, Close Encounters with Birds of Prey - live birds presentation
Kate Reilly, Duke Farms Manager of Education, Creating and Using Manipulatives to Enhance Teaching and Learning
Charles Barreca, Duke Farms Manager of Ecological Stewardship, Eagle Cam Technology
Stephanie DAlessio, Conserve Wildlife Foundation NJ Director of Education - Using Cams in the Classroom and NGSS
Conserve Wildlife Foundation Eagle Specialists, NJ Eagles and Habitat – Past, Present and Future
