Event description
Celebrate everyone's favorite gourd with this hands on baking class! Students will be making a variety of treats using pumpkin. Chef Kelly will even teach you to make her homemade pumpkin spice syrup (no more trips to that coffee shop needed)!  Menu includes: Curried pumpkin scones, pumpkin roll, pumpkin spice syrup.
Skills Covered: Scone techniques, cake techniques.


 
About the teacher: Kelly Dull has worked at multiple bakeries and restaurants around the country, including Magnolia Bakery in Chicago and North Bakery in Providence, R.I. She has also taught a variety of pastry classes for Sur La Table in Illinois.
 
 

 
Restrictions: Ages 18 and Older
Refund/cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
