Event description
Karma is the Law of Cause and Effect in action. The reality is that it exists for the purpose of love, it can be seen as a lesson in live. Sometimes a hard lesson but love none the less. Karma is designed to build you up, heal and help you with your spiritual development toward your higher self and is not meant to punish you or break you down. Karma can be expressed as the great equalizer, balancer and harmonizer of your life.  So lovingly this law precisely reflects back to you the effects of your actions. Using your free will you can alter your actions to create different karma. As you make choices, you demonstrate your will and intent and therefore generate karma. Understand how your karma is regulating and developing your soul to be healed, enlightened and to be in harmony with the universal consciousness.
Karma is seen as cause and effect, intentional action done through body, speech, and mind, and the consequences we reap, which will in turn create new karma. The Buddha showed us how we can stop this cycle and enjoy a life of freedom for ourselves and others.

We will explore the concepts of Karma without a basic understanding of karma, our minds will remain confused about the causes of suffering and the causes of happiness — believing that people or situations external to us are causing our experiences. In these two sessions we will identify how to begin an authentic Buddhist meditation practice by using methods that deepen our familiarity with the peace that arises from holding special minds of virtue — the cause of happiness — for longer and longer periods of time.
