Is Anxiety a familiar feeling for you?

As a specialist in anxiety I know all too well it can be debilitating, overwhelming and deplete your energy.
During this workshop I will take you through exercises designed to help you make permanent changes to manage and reduce your anxiety.  I’ll teach you tangible tools and techniques to use in everyday life to make a real transformation.
I understand that committing time for yourself won’t be easy, you’ll have other ‘priorities’ and things that seem more important. But trust me, taking this day just for you will genuinely change your life for the better. The results are priceless!
To support your progress after the workshop you will receive recordings of the exercises to use at any time.
