This fall workshop series is hosted by Alicia Buoni and Cheri Anderson to facilitate continuing training and education.
Whether you’ve been a long time member and student or you’ve recently started out - we’d like to introduce you to some important fundamental concepts and practices to better support your investment in your health and wellness. 
Many of you may already practice Yoga, Pilates and/or Gyrotonic. In these lessons there are choreogrpahed movements that can become habitual. This workshop will introduce you to a new way to know your body by going inward, learning what your bones are doing, improving your proprioception and clarifying what's happening in the body through movement.

WORKSHOP AGENDA:


Introduction to relationship between shoulder girlde and pelvic girdle - they are connected in their biomechanics and movement patterns


Explore mobilizing the shoulders and pelvis together through new and familiar exercises and movements


Mobilize your shoulders and hips for front and back body alignment


SUMMARY:


The first workshop focused on pelvis anatomy, frontal hip mobility and how that relates to leg movement


The second workshop focused on shoulder anatomy, shoulder mobility and how that relates to posture and range of motion


The third workshop focused on liver postion and shoulder alignment and mobility


You do not need to have attended the previous workshops to receive the full benefit in attending just one of the series. Please come if you're interested in participating.
