Join the SEAC in this one-hour introduction to workers’ compensation, from reporting a workplace injury, through claims management and resolution. This webinar will give employers insight into the myriad responsibilities surrounding workers’ compensation claims, and go through some of the best practices that can help employers navigate the process most efficiently and effectively. You will learn how to return employees to work, when and how to follow up with a claim, and how the claims adjuster can help you through this process. 
Speaker: Joe Dunn CAWC, CPDM, CCMP, SIP

Joe is a Claims Service Manager from Pan America/Relation Insurance Services, with more than 18 years’ experience assisting employers with resolving workers’ compensation claims. He develops and implements innovative cost containment programs, such as litigation management and early reporting, and has also trained and advised claims adjustors throughout his career on professional tips to handle workers’ compensation claims more effectively.
