In our interactive and hands on Scrum Master Certification course, you will learn the Scrum framework, how to apply Scrum to your projects, and how to navigate the cultural changes necessary to implement Scrum. During the two day course, taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST™), you will earn 14 PDUs and become a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance.
In this course, participants will learn how to start executing along with everything necessary for getting started with Scrum. There are very few rules to Scrum so it is important to learn its fundamental principles by experiencing them directly from those who have implemented the best Scrums in the software industry.  Participants gain hands-on practice with the release backlog, sprint backlog, the daily Scrum meeting, tracking progress with a burndown charts, Scrum boards, and more. Participants experience the Scrum process through a series of hands on exercises, ranging from Visioning through to Sprint Planning. Note: This course will also include negotiating Scrum in the scope of non-software projects.
