Pikes Peak Gamers invites you to our THIRD tabletop board game convention in Manitou Springs, Colorado!
Roll some 20's in 2020 at the best and coziest mountain gaming convention nestled just under Pikes Peak from May 15th-17th, 2020.
We are bringing (back) the "Rolling 20s" with all the amenities, events, and good times you have enjoyed in the past:

So get ready for some fresh air while exploring Manitou Springs, one of Colorado's most scenic small mountain towns. Stroll around unique shops and restaurants and don't forget to check out The Penny Arcade, featuring hundreds of vintage arcade games, pinball machines, and much more. Enjoy the Rocky Mountain's numerous hiking trails, the famous Manitou Incline, and Cave of the Winds - all within walking distance of PPG ***!

This will be my first board game convention. How does it work?
PPG is honored and excited to have you as our guest for the weekend.  The convention doors open on Friday, May 15th at 5:00 PM, and will end on Sunday, May 17th, at 6:00 PM.  
Badge holders may come and go from the hall as they please.  Each badge holder can check out any game from The Vault and begin playing immediately.  Grab some friends, make new ones, teach games you know, or learn new ones...our primary goal is to provide a relaxing and fun space to play quality board games. 

Where will the convention be held?
The convention will take place at Memorial Hall in Manitou Springs City Hall, located at:606 Manitou Springs, CO80829

Is there an age requirement?
Yes, minimum age for attendees is 13+ years of age on Friday and Saturday. There is no age requirement on Sunday Funday for Families, but we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that minor attendees be 6+ years of age, and able to sit through playing a complete age-appropriate game.
All minors, 17 and under, must have an attending Parent or Guardian on the premises, both with a badge, at all times.
What is "The Vault", and when will it be open?
The Vault is our library of over 900 board games that will be available during the convention. The Vault is open for game check out during the following times:

Friday: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 AM
Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Games can be checked out overnight, so attendees with multi-day badges can continue the gaming party around town.

How much does the convention cost as an attendee?
We have a variety of badge options, but please note that all badge types are limited. All prices INCLUDE Manitou Springs 5% Event Tax and all EventBrite Fees. 
Whether you can spend all weekend with us or just one day, we have you covered!  Prices listed below are for online purchases.  At-the-door badges are $5 more.

Do you have a refund policy?
Yes!  Attendees can receive full refunds through Eventbrite up to 30 days before the event start date. Badges may also be transferred by the badge holders within Eventbrite at any time.

We call our collection "The Vault" and can be viewed by clicking here.

What are my options for lodging?
Manitou Springs has many different hotel & motel options.  Please see our webpage for details.

Will there be any vendors present during the convention?
YES!  We will have vendors! They will be located inside the main hall this year. There will be visitor badges for the public to come and peruse all the wares from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. For complete details, please visit our web page at
Space is limited, so don't delay. Vendors must pay the registration fee of $50 by April 5th, 2019.

Tell me more about the parks and outdoor options for boardgaming?
Directly adjacent to Memorial Hall is Mansions Pavilion which we have reserved all day on Saturday and Sunday. Across the street is Memorial Park with a large grass area and playground.  Both of these locations offer an ideal location for outdoor games.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Manitou Springs is conveniently located near I-25, just outside of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is recommended for flights in and out of Colorado Springs. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, etc. are all available for transportation from COS to Manitou Springs. Once you arrive in Manitou Springs, enjoy the free shuttle service that runs through town. Services such as hotels/motels, restaurants, shopping, and a neighborhood grocery stores are all within easy walking distance from the convention. Rental car service is available from COS if desired. Denver International Airport (DIA) is 70 miles away (~1.5 hour drive) from Manitou Springs, with shuttle service available to downtown Colorado Springs.

What do I need to bring to the convention?
You are only required to bring a copy (digital or print) of your ticket from Eventbrite.  Feel free to bring games from your own collection.  Food and non-alcoholic drinks may be brought into Memorial Hall.
