Event description
This training will provide participants with an overview of the Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF) in Kentucky. Throughout the day participants will engage in learning the key components of IS, where schools and districts interconnect Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) with School and Community Mental Health (SMH) in an effort to improve educational and social outcomes for all students. This is especially important for those with risk factors and who have increased chances of developing mental health and academic challenges. The ISF Model encompasses an effective multi-tiered system for all students when considering behavior and mental health wellness. The day will focus on the key components of teaming, data based decision making, partnering with community agencies, pathways for referrals, and creating supports at the building and district level to support ISF.

There is no cost to attend this training. Lunch is on your own.

EILA credit will be offered.
