Event description
Are you so stressed that you feel overwhelmed and unable to cope?
According to the Mental Health Foundation, 74% of us will have said yes to this question at some point over the last year and 82% of us will feel stressed at some point in a typical week.
Don't let it be you!
Come along to this two hour workshop and learn:

What causes stress and how to identify your stress triggers;
How you can recognise your first signs of stress so you can nip stress in the bud before you start to feel overwhelmed;
How to develop a strategy for managing stress that fits into with your lifestyle.

You will leave with an alternative way of looking at stress and practical solutions to help you feel on top of it all.
This workshop will led by medical herbalist and contemplative coach, Victoria Wright, PhD. Victoria has a rigorous and scientific approach to helping people understand their own health issues thanks to 10 years' experience working as a research scientist and 6 years training as a medical herbalist. This is uniquely combined with 20 years of meditation training and the study of contemplative psychology and coaching.
