As we try to keep up with the demands of our busy lives, it can be easy to rush through our days without stopping to pay attention to much. Our thoughts and emotions may become scattered, leaving us feeling stressed and at times quite anxious. Mindfulness allows us to switch off our brains from other thoughts and focus on the moment, helping to alleviate stress and anxiety.
Join the Counselling Service for this 4 week course on practicing mindfulness. Each session will include a guided meditation with some space for reflection afterwards. Feel free to come to just one or all four! No previous experience required.
