2020 Mandatory Employee Harassment Prevention Training Webinars (SB1343)

Effective January 1st 2019, employers in California with 5 or more employees (including independent contractors) must provide 1 hour of harassment prevention training to all employees every 2 years. This requirement includes seasonal and even temporary employees hired to work less than 6 months and training must be completed with 30 days of hire or within 100 hours worked, whichever occurs first. This training must be completed by January 1, 2021.
