Communicating clearly in crazy times.
We’re not frontline workers, but as comms folk we have a role to play right now.

There’s a ton of information that suddenly needs communicating – quickly, clearly, and (ideally) on-brand, too.
So if you’ve suddenly found yourself being the default ‘crisis comms’ person in your organisation or team, this is for you.
A crash course in the two essential comms skills for crazy times:
> Helping readers navigate long or complex messages as clearly as possible.
> Striking the right balance with your tone.
This session was run by Nick Parker who runs That Explains Things.
You might have seen him at a Copy Club evening last year, talking about tone of voice.
Right now, he's spending a lot of time helping brands (such as Tesco) communicate around Covid-19 as simply as possible.
