KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process and is a direct Kundalini Transmission that activates the Awakening of your Kundalini energy. This is an intelligent energy and a safe, natural process that does just what your system needs in any given moment. This is an energy transmission, not a self-generated process. It is a path of surrender (not a path of the will) that creates possibilities for healing, higher states of consciousness and a deeper connection to source. Here is a short video about KAP.


Activated Kundalini may have a profound impact on your well being and bring you back to your center, to equanimity. During this time of much uncertainty and unknown, receiving the transmission of the raw life force of Kundalini energy can be a very healing and replenishing experience and can reconnect you with the infinite source of spiritual power. KAP may increase awareness, mental clarity, lower anxiety and/or depression, relieve body aches and/or pains, release stagnant energies and emotions, and access higher frequency vibration.


While laying down on a yoga mat, music is played and the facilitator will point at different chakra or meridian points on the body. Be sure to keep your eyes closed during the entire session. All you need to do is relax your body and mind, and surrender to the process without expectations. Allow whatever arises to be experienced and expressed.


We suggest you refrain from consuming alcohol, meat and other heavy foods. Eat light at least a few hours prior to the session. Additionally, please have your yoga mat or other comfortable alternative set up. You will need to have a good WiFi and Zoom downloaded on your device. Make sure your device speakers are working or you can use headphones. A good sound system is desired as music plays an important role in the session.


You may feel the energy for the next couple of days. Pay attention to any internal changes and your behavior. You may become more sensitive and connected to your higher self. It’s important in the following days to be aware of your energy levels and to listen to what your body is telling you. For example, you may need more rest, or crave different foods, dreams can differ, or sleep can become deeper. You may experience more clarity or insight. The after effects vary amongst individuals.

Madalina and Cris have been on a journey of awakening for almost ten years and are now devoted to helping others awaken as well through the different practices they have learned along the years.

Madalina has always been attracted to the space of the heart and to the healing arts. She became a cardiologist in 2004 and currently works at one of Seattle’s premiere hospitals. She loves to teach and has served as lecturer and educator at national conferences on cardiovascular topics.

Her own personal life struggles due to pain and stress led her on a deep personal journey within, which opened her to new conscious awareness, realizations and lessons related to inner freedom, true healing and connection with the heart.

She is a Certified Consciousness Parenting Coach and an international best seller. She is also certified in other heart opening modalities including Reconnective Healing, Kundalini Activation Process and Cacao Ceremony Practitioner.

She is married to Cris and together they have two beautiful girls. She loves to be outdoors and connect with nature, including hiking, camping, swimming, paddle boarding. She loves to travel, explore and deeply connect with other cultures and traditions in order to learn new healing modalities.

Cris has a diverse background ranging from sales and marketing to banking, to real estate, to startup companies. At heart he is an artist expressing his art through photography.
