Mid-Week is the perfect time for a break, to PLAY, unwind, re-ENERGIZE and have some FUN!
Join us for a jam packed hour of games and exercises you can use for yourself, with your families, co-workers and/or your audiences!
Plan on being highly interactive- these classes are designed to give YOU STAGE TIME! Life's best lessons are made APPLYING what we learn, we will show you how and then you GO and DO IT!
We will put you on the spot using Improv Techniques to access JOY, cause LAUGHTER and PLAY ...and maybe learn some cool things too :)
You will make new friends, build new skills, stretch yourself physically and mentally and walk away feeling GREAT!
Join us for one or come very week! Open to all levels- beginner to advanced. We are committed to being a safe space to PLAY!
About the Facilitator-
Julie Cotton- an Arizona native, has been an actor/improviser for 35+ years and Wellness Practitioner since 2007. She is an avid student of life with lots of letters and certificates in many of the things she loves! MFA in Acting, BA in Theater Education, Minor in Vocal Performance, Graduate of Improv Olympics Intensive Training Program in Chicago, Licensed Massage Therapist, NeuroMuscular Therapist, Craniosacral Therapy, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, 2nd Degree Black Belt In Kickboxing, and Graduate of Trainer Designs Global in Transformational Trainings. She has served on the BoardS of her local Chamber of Commerce and her local Rotary Club. She is the Founder of Next Level Improv where she uses Improv to empower individuals and companies to create their highest and best reality!
