Our Friday sessions are about women's fitness and fun!

About this Event

Booking:

Select a date, then

  • Choose 'admission in person' if you like to attend in person. This is important so we know numbers and can guarantee social distancing and safe exercising.
  • Choose 'online admission' if you like to attend the session in the convenience of your home. On Friday, click the link in your confirmation email and it will take you to your session.

First session free, then

FLEXIBLE ( 8 sessions in 12 weeks, per session $15) or

TERM ( per session $12, missed sessions can be made up on other days of the time table or on designated 'catch up' sessions)

With booking on eventbrite you secure your spot, payment is NOT arranged on eventbrite but in your session ( hence it states ticket is free). Your instructor will help you find the option in your session, proposing the one that fits your life style.
