Are you feeling stressed or anxious lately? Come take a break and practice Sheng Zhen meditation. By learning how to relax your body, quiet your mind, and open your heart you can support your immune system and find more peace in your life.
We will first learn and practice a standing form called Gathering Qi. This will allow you to nourish your body and your heart with the energy of life that surrounds us. Then we will practice the Union of Three Hearts meditation.
A recording of each class will be made available to everyone who registers.

Qigong, meditation, and stress-relief have all been proven to boost our immune system. Sheng Zhen provides all of these benefits. I have been teaching and practicing Sheng Zhen since 2005, and have been an internationally certified teacher since 2008. I have been leading classes and workshops regularly in Santa Cruz, CA and will begin to offer a series of online classes in support of the current pandemic.
