About this Event
A unique online holistic leadership journey, with coaching and master classes, to develop personal impact in a changing world. You will strengthen your intuitive capacity, presence, and ability to “read the room’’ and sense the emergent future, in order to create personal and organisational transformation, and will deepen your leadership practice.
Participants will gain:
- An ability to translate core values and competencies into more focused impact
- A personal leadership practice
- Enhanced capacity to create and facilitate high-performing teams
- Connection to the energetics through which we co-create and manifest
- Confidence and skills to address wicked problems with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to create organisational transformation through shifting mindsets and paradigms
- Eight 2-hour online masterclasses interspersed with group coaching calls
- Access to an ongoing and supportive community of learning
- Personal and peer online coaching
All classes run on Thursdays from 19.00 - 21.00 UK time
The Masterclasses are scheduled as follows:
Sept 24, Oct 22, Nov 19, Dec 17, Jan 21, Feb 18, March 18, April 15.
In addition, there are optional, but highly recommended, check-in sessions in between the Masterclasses as follows:

Patrick Mc NAMARA International consultant in innovation, leadership & sustainability transformation
Patrick Mc Namara, MBA is an international consultant in innovation, leadership, and organisational transformation - helping companies strengthen their market leadership and performance through social and environmental responsibility, strategy, and strength-based high-engagement. Designed and facilitated leadership development programmes for United Nations staff, Canadian companies, Stanford University students and CEOs. His consulting experience is with Capgemini, Motorola, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN Women, State of California Department of Education and other government agencies and organisations in 30 countries. MBA: Kellogg School of Management, Political Science: Université de Strasbourg. Fluent in French, English, Spanish, German. Lives in Strasbourg, France.
Katrin **** Thought leader, author & coach in organisational and team transformation.
Katrin ****, PhD is a thought leader in sustainability management. Her work focuses on enabling the mindset shift of leaders and organizations to create a positive impact. She is a Director of the Institute for Business Sustainability and a Professor of Practice at LUISS Business School. She was Dean and Professor at Business School Lausanne for a decade. Prior, she consulted Swiss universities and co-founded a start-up incubator and consultancy. Her business career covered strategic leadership roles at ALCOA in Europe, Russia and the United States, and at Procter & Gamble in the Netherlands. Katrin lives in Lucerne, Switzerland.
Robin ALFRED Executive coach, facilitator of transformational fields and purpose consultant
Robin is trained in a wide variety of approaches to personal and organisational development including: Appreciative Inquiry, the Frameworks for Change Coaching Process, Process Work, Spiral Dynamics and Tools for Corporate Transformation. His facilitation work draws on these processes as well as Open Space, World Café and other innovative processes to maximise the group’s collective intelligence. For more than 25 years, he has facilitated groups of all sizes, from 6 – 600, in all sectors. Robin has designed and facilitated many international conferences and was part of the design and facilitation team for the 2013 UN Global Compact in New York. His work is increasingly informed by the teachings of contemporary mystic Thomas Hubl, Otto Scharmer, and the work of Frederic Laloux.
